Chuck Gumas
Chuck has been active in Fundraising and other committees since his daughter joined SPIRIT's EAL Program in 2012. He is a committed supporter and advocate for SPIRIT’s Mission. Chuck’s wisdom and kindness are a special gift to our Board.Chuck was a founding partner of NexGen Communications, an engineering firm that provided specialized satellite-based services as a life-line to people deployed in remote and often dangerous environments. Chuck contributed to many novel inventions and mission-critical applications of NexGen’s unique technologies, and served as NexGen’s President for 5 years. Chuck earned a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Bachelors Degree in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania. Chuck is retired and is pleased to continue serving SPIRIT as a Director.
