SPIRIT’s Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) program offers a hands-on approach to personal growth and skill development through interactions with horses. The program focuses on building essential life skills such as horsemanship, communication, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and social skills.
Role of EALs:
EALs are integral to the program, supporting riding classes as side walkers and horse leaders, which helps develop their leadership and communication skills. They also gain valuable experience in horse care and contribute to the success of the program.
SPIRIT’s EAL program provides a unique opportunity for personal development, empowering participants to build life skills and contribute meaningfully to the community, all while working closely with horses.
